Novari Project Manager (Healthcare)
100% Remote in Canada
The Project Manager performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Project oversight of resources and stakeholders.
- Managing timelines and milestones, including maintenance of WBS & schedules and scope.
- Documenting outcomes.
- Monitoring, summarizing and communicating the progress of activities to the appropriate leadership team members.
- Risk and issue management related to their assigned project(s); and
- Decision management and governance activities related to their assigned project(s)
- Healthcare operational workflows (e.g., Ambulatory, Diagnostic Imaging, Mental Health and Addictions, Surgery)
- Clinical information systems and digital health environments
- Testing methodologies, UAT coordination, and technical issue triage
- Project governance structures within complex health systems
- Vendor coordination within digital health environments
- Change management principles
- Relevant Skills and Experience
- Leading medium‑to‑large health IT projects
- Managing complex integrated project plans, dependencies, and critical paths
- Coordinating testing activities including UAT, defect triage, and environment readiness
- Managing command centres and cutover planning
- Overseeing RAID and Decision Logs with disciplined escalation
- Preparing structured governance reporting for executive and steering committees
- Working with vendors (preferably in healthcare software)
- Leading multidisciplinary stakeholder teams in a clinical environment
