Role Description
This is a full-time NodeJS Developer position located on-site in Markham, ON. As a NodeJS Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications. Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, building efficient and reusable back-end code, implementing back-end services, and improving the performance of existing applications. You will also be expected to debug and optimize server-side code and contribute to the overall development of scalable and high-performing applications.
Qualifications
Expertise in JavaScript and experience with for back-end web development
Proficiency in Front-End Development, including familiarity with technologies such as
Strong understanding of Back-End Web Development principles and Software Development best practices
Experience in full-stack development workflows and debugging complex applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Familiarity with database technologies and API integrations is a plus
Experience with open-source contributions or community engagement is an asset
