BioSyent Pharma is seeking a National Sales Director to lead our Community Sales Team and drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement across Canada. This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape national sales strategy, develop a high-performing team, and make a measurable impact on the growth of BioSyent’s Community and Women’s Health business building on an established sales foundation and ensuring leadership continuity. About the Role: As the National Sales Director, below are some of what you will do: Sales Strategy & Leadership * Develop and execute comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with corporate goals * Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence * Set ambitious but achievable sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and manage budgets Market Expansion & Customer Engagement * Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth segments * Drive successful product launches across existing and new therapeutic areas * Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders * Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty Operational Excellence * Optimize sales structures and processes to maximize efficiency * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards * Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance alignment Trade Account Leadership * Oversee BioSyent’s portfolio trade accounts, ensuring maximum visibility and market presence * Implement proactive strategies to strengthen partnerships and drive growth Performance Analysis & Reporting * Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights * Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track sales activities and KPIs * Continuously identify new ways to measure business impact Team Development & Culture * Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement * Provide coaching, development opportunities, and sales training initiatives * Lead impactful sales meetings and promote a collaborative work environment Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * Proven experience as a second-line sales leader in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry * Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets * Experience leading successful product launches in the Canadian market * Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing sales strategies * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools * Bilingual (English/French) is an asset * Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% for field/office work How We Hire & Compensation At BioSyent, we do not use AI to screen applications or select candidates for interviews.
