The National Accounts & Service Integration Manager will be responsible for Coverdale’s engagement of internal and external clients to promote quality service delivery, as well as new and expanded service product opportunities. This role will also support the strategic initiative of Coverdale Clinics in alignment with BioScript Solutions’ mission and goals.</p><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Epic Work-Life Balance: Flexible remote work options because we value your time and well-being.</li><li>Growth Opportunities: Committed to fostering a culture of growth, where every team member is encouraged to pursue new skills, expand their knowledge, and advance their careers.</li><li>Vibrant Culture: Over 1,500 team members across Canada and year over year we maintain an overall above industry engagement score by using a monthly pulse survey.</li><li>Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary, incentive program, and comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>What & Where: Full Time, Permanent & Remote Canada</li><li>Closing Date: September 25, 2025</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Act as national key account manager for all Coverdale pharma, institutional, and industry partners</li><li>Lead quarterly or bi-annual business reviews with partners</li><li>Monitor account performance nationally to provide insights to partners and internal teams</li><li>Complete annual account profitability assessments to inform the annual budgeting process</li><li>Drive new growth opportunities aligned with therapeutic focus and long-term strategic goals</li><li>Create strategies for existing partners to drive organic growth and expand partnerships</li><li>Increase market share by optimizing pharmacy and clinic of choice, while diversifying the portfolio</li><li>Lead capabilities presentations with existing and prospective Coverdale clients</li><li>Support RFPs and proposal development as required</li><li>Oversee new service launches in collaboration with partners and internal operations and clinic teams</li><li>Lead new contract reviews and proactively manage contract renewal cycles</li><li>Negotiate pricing and service levels to ensure mutual value</li><li>Monitor internal service level compliance against contractual obligations</li><li>Support PSP, business development, and commercial teams with service integration into Coverdale Clinic Operations</li><li>Contribute to internal PSP QBRs and strategic planning initiatives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or a Healthcare Professional (HCP) designation</li><li>Master of Business Administration preferred</li><li>Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical, health services, or specialty pharmacy</li><li>At least 3 years in account management or business development</li><li>Direct experience with Patient Support Programs (PSP) on the pharma or vendor side</li><li>Proven experience managing healthcare contracts</li><li>Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)</li><li>Skilled in presentation development (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva)</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and client-centric problem solving</li><li>Deep understanding of Canadian pharmaceutical approval processes, IMC code, and provincial pharmacy and nursing regulations</li><li>Knowledge of neurology, immunology, rare disease, or oncology is an asset</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus</li><li>Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong influencing skills</li><li>Curious and forward-thinking about healthcare trends</li><li>English proficiency is required; bilingualism (French and English) is an asset</li></ul><h3>Core Competencies</h3><ul><li>CRITICAL THINKING: Solves problems by identifying key issues, concepts, and assumptions from diverse sources of information; makes sound decisions by breaking down complex problems into manageable parts and assessing the relationships between different pieces of information.</li><li>BIAS FOR ACTION: Demonstrates a strong drive to take initiative and act decisively; proactive in identifying opportunities and mobilizing efforts to accomplish tasks efficiently.</li><li>ACCOUNTABILITY: Takes responsibility for actions, performance, decisions, and outcomes; delivers on commitments consistently and reliably.</li><li>COURAGE: Communicates openly and respectfully; engages in critical conversations and challenges ideas when needed.</li><li>RESILIENT & ADAPTABLE: Adapts to change and ambiguity with optimism; seeks feedback and learns from experience.</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Equal Opportunity</h3><p>Compensation: At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range based on local benchmarks.</p><p>We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
