About the Role

We're looking for a Multi‑Store Manager to oversee multiple retail locations, lead high‑performing teams, and drive sales, operational excellence, and compliance in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will own store performance, develop leaders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience across your locations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead overall operations & share your time across two locations
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams and future leaders
  • Drive sales results, KPIs, labour control, and budget performance
  • Build and maintain a customer‑focused, performance‑driven culture
  • Oversee inventory management, merchandising standards, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all provincial cannabis legislation and company policies
  • Verify ID and follow all procedures that ensure a safe, legal retail environment

About You

  • 3+ years of retail or customer service experience with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong sales leadership, people management, and operational skillset
  • Experience in cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail is an asset
  • Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, or CanSell)
  • Meets minimum provincial age requirements (18/19+)
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Able to pass a Criminal Record Check
