Rockstar Recruiting is hiring a Millwright for a well-established, Canadian-owned industrial service company that supports critical equipment across manufacturing and industrial facilities.
This role is centered around the rigging, installation, and relocation of industrial compressors and related equipment at customer sites throughout Southwestern Ontario. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving in the field, and being part of complex installs rather than routine maintenance, this is the kind of role where you’ll thrive.
You’ll be working alongside a skilled team of tradespeople, handling everything from equipment moves and placements to full compressor installations. Experience with rigging and equipment moving is highly valued, and while a journeyman millwright ticket is preferred, it is not required for the right person with strong mechanical aptitude and relevant experience.
The company is known for doing complete, turnkey work — from delivery and install through commissioning and service — which means you’ll see projects through from start to finish. The work is varied, customer-facing, and never the same site two days in a row.
