About the Role

As our Medi Spa Consultation & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first point of connection for clients stepping into their aesthetic journey with 3D Lifestyle Oshawa. This is more than a sales role — you'll act as a trusted advisor, combining your passion for wellness and beauty with a consultative sales approach to match every client with treatments that genuinely transform their confidence and well-being.

What You'll Do

As the face of 3D Lifestyle Oshawa's client experience, you'll conduct in-depth consultations to understand each client's aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment plans from our portfolio of advanced Medi Spa services. You'll guide clients through our offerings with confidence — walking them through treatment details, expected results, and product recommendations in a clear and compelling way.

You'll take an active role in growing the business by identifying new client opportunities through community outreach, local networking, and referral programs. Managing your existing client base with thoughtful follow-up, loyalty incentives, and upsell opportunities will be just as important as bringing in new faces.

You'll work closely with the 3D Lifestyle Oshawa team to support promotional campaigns and seasonal offers, helping drive awareness in the Oshawa community. Day-to-day, you'll use our CRM tools to keep client records, track consultations, and stay on top of your pipeline so no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What You Bring

Experience & Industry Background — Required

We are looking for candidates who come with direct, hands-on experience in the Medi Spa or aesthetics industry. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Medi Spa, aesthetics clinic, beauty clinic, or closely related environment is required for this role. This experience should include direct client-facing consultation, sales of aesthetic treatments or skincare products, and a working knowledge of common Medi Spa services such as laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, skin rejuvenation, or similar offerings.

Candidates coming from the same industry background — whether as a previous consultation specialist, aesthetic sales coordinator, clinic receptionist with a strong sales focus, or treatment advisor — will be strongly preferred. We want someone who already understands the language of aesthetics, the pace of a busy clinic environment, and what it takes to earn a client's trust in this space.

Skills & Strengths

Beyond your industry experience, you have a proven ability to close with confidence while keeping the client's best interest at the centre of every conversation. You're a natural communicator who can simplify complex treatment information and make clients feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

You're self-directed and motivated by commission, meaning you take ownership of your results and don't wait to be told what to do. Experience with CRM software is a plus, and your existing familiarity with Medi Spa treatments and aesthetic services means you can hit the ground running from day one. Most importantly, you bring warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for helping people feel their best.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medi Spa, aesthetics clinic, or beauty wellness environment; a demonstrated track record in sales, client consultations, or treatment advising within the same or closely related industry; and a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare, or body wellness services.
