POSITION SUMMARY
Harvard Developments is seeking a Marketing Summer Student. The Office Marketing Summer Student provides support to the Office Marketing Coordinator and Director, Brand & Experience in delivering marketing events and social media initiatives for Harvard's office portfolio. This position offers hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, and customer engagement.

LOCATION
201 Portage (Winnipeg, MB)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of office tower events and community programs.
- Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement activities.
- Liaise with tenants, vendors, and influencers to facilitate marketing activities and partnerships.
- Assist in venue and amenity bookings, set-up, and customer communication for events.
- Prepare post-event recaps, social media reports, and documentation for review.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for marketing campaigns and sponsorships.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support the property team in maintaining positive tenant relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience in customer service, event planning, or social media management is an asset.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with flair for storytelling, especially on social media.
- Keen interest in event planning and being part of the community.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team-player who can collaborate seamlessly alongside wide range of departments and audiences.

- Creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Temporary full-time summer position. Flexibility required for evening and weekend events.
