Compensation
- Salary of $70,000 to $90,000*

Position Description

You will work alongside senior leadership to identify where the company's automation expertise can solve real problems in new industries. Then you will shape the messaging, research the markets, and equip the sales team with tools that help start meaningful conversations.

Build the Lead Engine

- Maintain CRM insights to help target the highest-value opportunities
Connect the Dots Internally
- Collaborate with finance, engineering, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Support pipeline visibility and growth planning
Shape the Brand's Next Chapter
- Support trade shows, digital presence, and industry engagement
- Help reposition the company as a partner to multiple industries
Experience
- At least 5 years in B2B marketing within industrial, technical, or manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting growth initiatives or entering new markets
- Comfortable working with engineers and senior leadership
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about markets and industry trends
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas into clear business value
- Understanding of budgets, ROI, and growth metrics
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Experience with CRM systems, data tools, presentations, and website content management
- Degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
