<p><p><b>About the role:</b></p><p>We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active with a strong understanding of Core Commerce. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our company’s operations and contribute to societal impact.</p><p><b>Work model:</b></p><p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.</p><p><b>Responsibilities and Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Possess a strong background in Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active with proven experience in implementation and support.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in Core Commerce with the ability to apply domain knowledge to enhance system functionality.</li><li>Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.</li><li>Show proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions that meet organizational needs.</li><li>Have a track record of successful project delivery within the specified timeframes and quality standards.</li><li>Display strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.</li><li>Manhattan Certified Professional Core Commerce Certification is required.</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement solutions using Manhattan WMoS and Manhattan Active to optimize supply chain processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Manhattan systems to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Oversee the deployment of new features and updates ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.</li><li>Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer:</b></p><ul><li>Annual salary between $65,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and other qualifications.</li><li>Eligibility for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.</li><li>Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off.</li><li>401(k) plan and contributions.</li><li>Long-term/Short-term Disability.</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan.</li></ul><p>We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
