About the Role

The Company is looking for a transformative Finance Lead to direct initiatives in Books and Records and Reporting. As a Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex regulatory and cross-business transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include guiding strategic finance transformations, overseeing review and re-planning efforts, and ensuring the implementation of actionable plans. A key focus will be to identify efficiency opportunities and to exercise autonomous decision-making that significantly impacts the finance function.



This role requires a strategic mindset, innovative thinking, and a robust background in financial services, particularly within a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB). Candidates must possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in the financial services field, with a preference for those who have experience in large management consulting firms. Proven leadership in managing large, complex, cross-functional programs at a global bank is critical, alongside a thorough understanding of financial reporting, accounting, US GAAP, and regulatory reporting standards.

The role demands exemplary communication skills, the ability to influence diverse audiences, and a demonstrated track record of delivering on large, intricate projects. Ideally, candidates will have a background within financial services finance functions, knowledge of the risk management lifecycle, and expertise in program management. A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a Master’s degree is preferred along with substantial managerial experience.
