Tasks

Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
Manage overall operation of farm
Maintain financial and production records
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
Project management
Manage finances or budget
Manage training and development strategies
Manage staff and assign duties
