Overview

Manager, Enterprise Transformation and M&A Integration — join MNP to lead transformation strategy and M&A integration initiatives, bridging strategic vision, technology, and operations to deliver transformative results.

Make an impact as we strengthen our Advisory Practice with a focus on Enterprise Transformation and M&A Integration. You will work with a collaborative team to guide clients through change, aligning business strategy, transformation architecture, and technology to drive meaningful results, value, performance improvements, cost optimization, growth, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of complex transformation strategy and design of the associated business operating model, technology, and process requirements to enable transformation delivery
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services within a client organization (preferably with experience in strategy and transformation within a consulting firm)
  • Support and define Merger & Acquisition strategy and integration execution
  • Create future-state target operating models and conduct synergies analysis
  • Lead a cross-functional team in transformation sales opportunities
  • Build and manage complex projects and lead teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to client specifications, ensuring profitability and satisfaction
  • Promote MNP services across consulting, digital, and enterprise risk services; participate in presentations, articles, workshops, and community activities
  • Identify ways to maximize client relationships and deliver added value
  • Facilitate collaboration with the client engagement team to discuss roles, risks, and project metrics
  • Perform team management and coordination to align resources with project work plans
  • Manage project financials (resources, budgets, WIP, billing, collections, variance recognition)
  • Maintain quality control by reviewing others’ work and providing feedback
  • Monitor timelines, adjust as needed, and communicate status to clients
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to procedures for client files

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a relevant field
  • Postgraduate degree or professional designation (MBA or MSc) is an asset
  • Experience in growth strategy, business/corporate and/or technology strategy, mergers & acquisitions, value creation, strategic planning, operating model design, strategic investment analysis, and enterprise cost reduction
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the industry or with a professional services firm in strategy and transformation
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in a specific sector or capability area (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Public Sector; Customer Experience, Operations, HR, Finance)
  • English and French bilingualism is an asset
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, client expectations management, profitability, and team leadership
  • Experience in business and practice development
  • Experience in proposal development and sales
  • Developed network within business and IT communities is a strong asset
  • Some travel may be required
