<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Our client in Brantford is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team! This position requires a Millwright with proven communication and documentation skills, who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a growing, progressive company. Wage: $40-$50 hourly based on experience and/or if ticketed, plus shift premium where applicable Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm Duties Include: - Lead and manage the maintenance team, including training and performance reviews. - Troubleshooting of machinery to minimize down time - Contributing to the development implementation of programs and equipment upgrades - Create work orders and assist in the planning of jobs and projects - Maintain clear and concise documentation What&#39;s in it for you: - Comprehensive benefit package; extended health care and dental care - Paid vacation - Paid uniforms - Tool replacement program for broken tools - Reimbursement allowance for safety shoes and prescription safety glasses - Apprenticeship program support for apprentices Requirements: - Previous experience as a Millwright or Maintenance Tech; manufacturing setting is an asset - Previous experience in a leadership role - Strong decision making, problem solving, troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills - Excellent technical skills, mechanical aptitude and ability - Ability to prioritize workload and effectively meet deadlines - Skills such as electrical troubleshooting, Power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum, plumbing, fabrication, and other areas as needed Apply today!
