<p>Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on environment? If you have experience working with automated equipment and love troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly, this opportunity is for you!</p>

<p>We’re looking for a <strong>Maintenance and Setup Machine Operator – Automated Equipment</strong> to join our team in Stayner, ON. You’ll play a key role in setting up, operating, and maintaining high-tech machinery in a modern, fast-paced production facility. Experience in <strong>cannabis, filling, packaging, food, processing or costmetic industry </strong>is a big plus.<br>

<strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Set up and operate automated equipment, perform changeovers, and monitor performance
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor preventative maintenance
<li>Ensure quality standards are met throughout production
<li>Support cleaning and sanitation procedures
<li>Assist with equipment development and stabilization
<li>Maintain accurate logs and documentation
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

<h3><strong>What You Bring:</strong></h3>

<ul>
<li>3+ years years of experience in a production environment with a mechanical focus
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
<li>Familiarity with GMP, GPP, or GAP regulations (asset)
<li>Ability to lift 20–30 kg and work in a temperature-controlled environment
<li>Clear criminal background check
