Role overview
We are looking for a Liquidity Operations Analyst to support monitoring and analysis of liquidity conditions across digital asset markets. The role focuses on market structure, order book behavior, execution quality, and operational aspects of liquidity, without responsibility for discretionary trading or portfolio management.
This position is suited for candidates with hands-on exposure to crypto markets who are comfortable working with exchanges, wallets, and on-chain settlement, and who want to operate in a structured, non-promotional environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor liquidity conditions and market depth across digital asset trading venues
- Analyze order book dynamics, spreads, volumes, and market fragmentation
- Support execution monitoring and post-trade analysis from an operational perspective
- Identify liquidity gaps, anomalies, and operational risks related to market structure
- Work with market data, exchange reports, and internal tools to produce regular analysis
- Support coordination between market operations, risk, and settlement processes
- Document market behavior and operational observations in a clear and structured way
Must have requirements
- Experience working with digital asset markets in an analytical or operational capacity
- Practical understanding of liquidity, order books, and execution mechanics
- Hands-on experience interacting with crypto exchanges and digital asset wallets
- Familiarity with on-chain transactions, confirmations, and settlement flows
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment
