Neobridge Healthcare is seeking a Lead Pharmacist for a role based in Victoria, BC. This is a relocation-supported position ideal for seasoned pharmacy leaders with a background in specialty pharmacy, IV infusion clinics, traditional dispensing, and advanced clinical care.
You'll lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of an integrated care model serving patients in areas such as MS, Rheumatology, IBD, Neurology, and Oncology. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Development
- Build and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Develop strategies to expand general and specialty pharmacy services
- Establish strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and support programs
- Represent Neobridge at professional events and within the healthcare community
Clinical & Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Provide advanced patient care, including clinical assessments and injections
- Utilize Kroll and a paperless system to optimize workflow
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and support staff
Performance & Quality Management
- Monitor and report on key business and clinical performance metrics
- Oversee inventory management with a focus on cost-effectiveness and growth
- Maintain SOPs and ensure continuous training and compliance
- Participate in strategic planning and review meetings with ownership
Qualifications
Required:
- BScPharm and active licensure with the College of Pharmacists of BC
- Injection certification and completion of the Pharmacy Manager Certification
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience
- Proficiency with Kroll (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Clinical experience in MS, Oncology, Rheumatology, GI, Neurology, or related specialties
- Experience in specialty or clinical pharmacy settings
