Job Description

We are seeking a Law clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in insurance defence, to join our team. You will be working on both tort and accident benefit matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
Brief and summarize documents and files
Prepare and review affidavits of documents
Follow-up correspondence and updating of undertakings charts
Preparation of pleadings
Attend and assist with preparation for trial or hearings

Education and Qualifications
Completion of a Law Clerk or Paralegal program is an asset
