Job Description

We are seeking a Law clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in insurance defence, to join our team. You will be working on both tort and accident benefit matters.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Brief and summarize documents and files
  • Prepare and review affidavits of documents
  • Follow-up correspondence and updating of undertakings charts
  • Preparation of pleadings
  • Attend and assist with preparation for trial or hearings


Education and Qualifications

  • Completion of a Law Clerk or Paralegal program is an asset
