JJ Excavation & Leveling Ltd. is growing — and we're looking for hardworking, reliable Landscape Labourers who take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces.
We specialize in professional landscaping and hardscaping projects including patios, retaining walls, grading, sod installation, and complete property transformations. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a strong crew, and seeing the finished result of your work every day, this position is for you.
Compensation
- $17–$25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
- Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Assist with installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Perform grading, base prep, and compaction
- Install sod, topsoil, and planting beds
- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work efficiently as part of a professional crew
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Punctual and dependable
- Experience in landscaping or construction is an asset (but not required)
- Valid driver's license is an asset
