Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements to ensure precision and accuracy for custom millwork fabrication.
• Coordinate and manage millwork projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop project plans.
• Collaborate with designers, fabricators, installers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize Mozaik or equivalent software to review and assist with millwork drafting and design.
• Oversee and troubleshoot production and installation processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in millwork project management or similar role within the custom woodwork industry.
• Strong knowledge of millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in reading and understanding millwork shop drawings.
• Experience using Mozaik or equivalent CAD/CAM software for millwork drafting.
• Understanding of millwork installation procedures and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Certification or degree in construction management, architecture, or related field is an asset.
• Hands‑on experience with millwork fabrication is an asset.
