<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><p><strong>Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li> Perform system migrations via Hyper-V and VMware.</li><li> Perform daily system monitoring to ensure availability and integrity of all hardware.</li><li> Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled tasks.</li><li> Ensure systems are fully patched and up to date.</li><li> Ensure backups are completed and verified successfully.</li><li> Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.</li><li> Deploy, maintain and troubleshooting VOIP systems.</li><li> Deploy and configure servers with associated hardware and peripherals.</li><li> Migrate and maintain customer email platforms.</li><li> Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure issues internally and for customers.</li><li> Ensure documentation is up to date and maintained.</li><li> Monitor and maintain data centers at various locations.</li><li> Monitor systems for uptime, security and availability.</li><li> Provide tier 1/2 technical support when required.</li><li> Participate in on-call rotation.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Skills, Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li> 3+ Years Windows System administration experience.</li><li> Fundamental understanding of Linux.</li><li> Fundamental understanding of Network and Storage.</li><li> Fundamental understanding of Cloud technologies.</li><li> Experience managing VOIP phone systems.</li><li> Experience or certifications in Hyper-V and/or VMware</li><li> Experience managing enterprise scale email deployments.</li><li> Experience administrating Windows Server and Active Directory.</li><li> Experience deploying and managing NAS and SAN storage environments.</li><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li> Bonus for experience in an MSP environment.</li><li> Bonus for experience with Hyperconverged infrastructure.</li><li> Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and clean driver&#39;s abstract.</li></ul></p></p></p>
