Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a driven Junior Project Manager with construction experience who's ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers hands-on exposure to active projects, cross-functional collaboration, and real growth opportunities within the organization.

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually + discretionary bonus

Location: Richmond, BC

What you'll do:

  • Assist in managing construction projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation across internal teams, trades, manufacturers
  • Support cost tracking, change management, RFIs, and general project administration
  • Help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to Sales & Business Development, including preparing project information, documentation, and assisting with ongoing sales-related tasks
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and business development to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication

What we're looking for:

  • 1-3 years of Construction industry experience (required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HVAC/MEP is an asset.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong interest in growing into a long-term project management role.
