<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>This large-scale business transformation project will replace high-risk applications and databases, mitigate security vulnerabilities, modernize infrastructure, and introduce new cross-ministerial data sharing mechanisms to strengthen collaboration and drive efficiency across ministries, partners, and the wider community.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>- As part of the Project Management Team, the Project Manager will:</p><p>- Develop, document, and secure approval for the Detailed Project Plan.</p><p>- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks in alignment with PMI standards.</p><p>- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and to specification.</p><p>- Ensure compliance with technical standards and government processes.</p><p>- Facilitate integration across related projects and manage dependencies.</p><p>- Prepare and present regular project performance reports.</p><p>- Lead risk and issue management, escalating to sponsors as needed.</p><p>- Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings.</p><p>- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure coordinated delivery.</p><p>- Develop and negotiate project change requests (scope, time, and cost).</p><p>- Identify and communicate resourcing needs.</p><p><br />Background & Impact</p><p>- Replace outdated, high-risk systems.</p><p>- Reduce security vulnerabilities.</p><p>- Introduce modern, secure, and efficient infrastructure.</p><p>- Enable cross-ministerial data sharing for improved collaboration and decision-making.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>- Extensive experience in Project Management leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.</p><p>- Strong knowledge of PMI standards and best practices.</p><p>- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.</p><p>- Experience facilitating workshops, managing vendor relationships, and navigating complex organizational environments.</p><p>- Excellent communication, risk management, and leadership skills.</p></p></p>
