Nous couvrons les métiers de l'informatique, développement, décisionnel et infrastructure.</p><p>As part of a strategic ERP migration initiative from Aptos to a new ERP system, we are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst with a strong background in logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution.<br>You will join a lean and agile IT team, reporting directly to the Director of IT and working alongside two technical team members.<br>The project spans 12 months:<br>10 months of implementation (requirements gathering, specification, configuration, business support)<br>2 months of testing and validation<br>The target ERP system is Epicor. While direct experience with Epicor is a plus, it is not mandatory-what is critical is a deep understanding of logistics and distribution processes, along with strong documentation and analysis skills.<br> Your Key Responsibilities:<br>Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis<br>Lead workshops with logistics, warehouse, and order management teams<br>Document business needs and identify process gaps between Aptos and the new ERP<br>Analyze current-state workflows and define to-be scenarios<br>Functional Specifications<br>Draft detailed functional specifications and use cases<br>Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and ERP integrators<br>Implementation Follow-Up<br>Collaborate closely with IT and developers to ensure accurate solution delivery<br>Participate in ERP configuration and validate business alignment<br>Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met<br>Testing & Support<br>Develop and execute functional test plans<br>Identify and document issues, follow up on resolutions<br>Assist in user training and adoption<br>Documentation<br>Create thorough documentation of business processes, functional flows, and user guides<br>Maintain traceability and clarity throughout the project lifecycle</p><p>7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on ERP-related projects<br>Proven track record in logistics, warehouse management, and distribution systems<br>Experience with ERP migration or implementation projects (Epicor, Aptos, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)<br>Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment<br>Excellent documentation and business process modeling skills<br>Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders<br>Fully bilingual (French/English) - spoken and written<br>Comfortable working on-site during the early phase to understand operational realities<br>Why Join This Project?<br>High-impact project within a small, agile, decision-driven IT team<br>Direct collaboration with the Director of IT<br>Opportunity to shape and influence a critical ERP transformation<br>Dynamic distribution/logistics environment with real operational challenges</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
