<p><b>Compensation: Base Salary Range: $42,000 - $56,000 per year. The posted range reflects the base salary for this position only. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus based on performance and business results.</b></p>
<p>TruStone is looking to hire an Investment Administrator to join our TruStone Financial team!</p>
<p>Reporting to the Investment Manager, the Investment Administrator provides optimal support to clients with their investment inforce and new business processing.</p>

<h3>What you’ll be working on</h3>
<ul>
<li>Processing investment transactions</li>
<li>Correspondence via email and phone calls</li>
<li>Achieves and maintains high quality accurate results within established service standards</li>
<li>Supports the service and administrative requirements of the business unit</li>
<li>Build effective relationships with clients acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the investment administration process</li>
<li>Reconciliation of back-office database daily and monthly</li>
<li>Ensures compliance and regulatory standards are met</li>
<li>Processes investment transactions and service requests within established service standards</li>
<li>Accesses and obtains data from multiple information systems</li>
<li>Provides prompt and courteous resolution of enquiries and issues from distribution partners and customers relating to new and in-force administration; investigates and analyzes simple to complex cases</li>
<li>Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned</li>
</ul>
<h3>What we’re looking for you to have</h3>
<ul>
<li>College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum two (2) years in the financial services industry</li>
<li>Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset</li>
<li>System expertise - Fundserv, Wealthserv, SharePoint, Microsoft suite</li>
<li>Strong conflict management skills and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects</li>
<li>Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem solve</li>
<li>Well-developed verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Well-developed organizational, prioritization and time management skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work well independently and as a team member</li>
<li>Well-developed analytical, evaluation, decision-making and problem resolution skills</li>
</ul>
