Role and Responsibilities:- Collaborate and foster team environment to deliver the highest level of design.
- Work with the design team and subconsultant coordination process.
- Ability to present in meetings with clients or municipalities
- Create high-quality documentation, provide guidance with technical detail, & explore new solutions
- Ability to drive the project forward towards successful completion / Motivates and challenges others to perform at their best
- Participates in networking activities within the design industry and professional organizations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Intermediate Revit knowledge
- Healthcare, Institutional or Commercial project experience is preferred
- Understanding of drafting & putting a drawing set together
- Follows instructions well and learns fast
- Thorough and detailed oriented
- Understands priority
- Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude
- Eager to learn and experience all aspects of the projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
