What You’ll Do

  • Prepare clear, well-organized year-end working paper files for Compilation and Review engagements.
  • Participate in audit and review assignments by completing fieldwork and assembling required documentation.
  • Prepare corporate, personal, and trust tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather essential information and assist in resolving routine inquiries.
  • Support managers and junior staff on ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet firm expectations, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a public accounting practice (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Progress toward a CPA designation (an asset).
  • Strong understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and Canadian tax.
  • Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
