Location: Unit 13, 7449 Hume Ave, Delta BC, V4G 1C3 Email Address: Number of Positions: 1 Position Name: Interior Waterproofing Foreman/Woman Duration: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: $37.50/hr Hours: 35-40 hrs/wk Overtime: $56.25/hr (As per BC Standards for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk) Observed Holidays: As outlined on labour.gov.bc.ca 10 stat holidays/yr Benefits: N/A Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years Language of Work: English Job Duties: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of waterproofing crews on residential and commercial job sites. Assign work, train crew members, and monitor job performance to ensure efficiency and safety. Review blueprints, work orders, and site conditions to plan workflow, timelines, and manpower needs. Oversee the installation of waterproofing systems, including membranes, coatings, sealants, sump pumps, drainage tiles, and vapor barriers. Inspect work during and after completion to confirm quality standards, specifications, and building code compliance. Enforce workplace health and safety policies; conduct regular site safety meetings and inspections. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to report progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain schedules. Manage materials and equipment inventory; coordinate orders, deliveries, and maintenance of tools. Perform hands-on waterproofing and repair work as needed to support crews and meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate daily logs, job reports, and timesheets for assigned projects.
