Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member

Location: Grimsby, Ontario
Type: Full Time, Permanent

What We’re Looking For:

• OTL – Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)

• Sales experience is an asset but not required

• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and listening

• A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Engage clients through personalized, value-based conversations

• Provide insurance quotes and explain product options clearly and confidently

• Build and maintain relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service

• Identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that meet client needs

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $90,000 per year (base salary plus commission/bonuses)
