Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • A safety-first mind-set and approach.
  • Apply insulation with precision, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Skillfully apply fire-retardant products to enhance the safety and durability of spray foam insulation.
  • Operate equipment to install blown-in cellulose insulation.
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to exact specifications for a perfect fit.
  • Carpentry/drywall experience considered an asset.
  • Experience using a variety of power tools.
  • Install gable vents and attic hatches with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Set up protective barriers like tap and plastic to safeguard work areas before starting.
  • Preparation of job sites.
  • Ensure clients' homes are clean and tidy before completing each job.
