As a service company, we must provide our clients with a better experience than other EPCs in order to succeed.</p><p><br></p><strong>What Makes Rheaume Different</strong><ul><li>We seek to employ and work with individuals who possess both personal character and technical ability</li><li>We expect our staff to conduct themselves as technical professionals who can manage their own time, and in return we provide flexibility in office hours, working from home, and vacation time</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Role Description</strong><ul><li>Design oil & gas facility instrumentation and controls systems</li><li>Create and review engineering drawings, including:</li><li><em> Instrumentation datasheets</em></li><li><em> Instrument indexes</em></li><li><em> Control narratives</em></li><li><em> Shutdown keys</em></li><li><em> I/O list, panel drawings, schematics</em></li><li><em> Instrument BOMs</em></li><li><em> Measurement schematics</em></li><li><em> 3D models, plot plans, and P&IDs</em></li><li>Prepare work packages for field operations and fabrication/construction services</li><li>Prepare datasheets, specifications, and RFPs for equipment to be purchased</li><li>Review vendor drawings and documentation</li><li>Collaborate with and support project managers and other engineers</li><li>Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and HAZOPs with the client and engineering team</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Who We Are Looking For</strong><ul><li>Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to the workplace</li><li>Great communicator:</li><li><em> Well-spoken</em></li><li><em> Strong technical writing skills</em></li><li>Self-motivated:</li><li><em> Starts and completes assigned work without needing to be expedited</em></li><li><em> Offers assistance to others on tasks/projects</em></li><li><em> Seeks guidance when stuck (while bringing suggested solutions)</em></li><li>Accountable:</li><li><em> Takes responsibility for work and delivers on time and within budget</em></li><li><em> Identifies and communicates opportunities for corporate/project improvement</em></li><li><em> Acknowledges missteps and moves forward</em></li><li>Takes pride in work and produces deliverables to the best of their ability</li><li>Detail-oriented:</li><li><em> Identifies mistakes in own and others’ work</em></li><li><em> Ensures mistakes are not repeated</em></li><li>Organized: effectively manages time to prioritize and complete tasks on time and on budget</li><li>Adaptable to fluctuating hours and workload, driven by project needs</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office products</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong><ul><li>Must be currently residing in Alberta, Canada</li><li>Must have Western Canada EPC conventional oil & gas instrumentation engineering experience</li><li>P.
