You are passionate about helping others achieve more and are motivated by the chance to <strong>build the dominant real estate company in the market</strong>.</p><p>Your leadership style is both assertive and collaborative — you influence, inspire, and know how to bring out the best in others.</p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Base Salary + Override Bonus</strong> (Total yearly earnings: $100,000–$150,000)</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Profit Share</li><li>Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities</li><li>Coaching, Training, and Mentorship</li></ul><b>Compensation:</b><p>$100,000 - $150,00 Total Yearly Earnings</p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Proactively prospect for talented agents through calls, meetings, and networking</li><li>Consistently recruit <strong>4–6 agents per month</strong> and guide them through onboarding</li><li>Host training events, masterminds, and office activities to attract and retain agents</li><li>Lead interviews, hiring, and training processes for new team members</li><li>Partner with leadership to achieve recruiting and growth goals</li><li>Research competitor strategies and develop market-driven growth initiatives</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><ul><li>2–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (but not required)</li><li>Reliable transportation and a <strong>Driver&#39;s license </strong></li><li>Track record as a <strong>top 5% producer</strong> in your market is a plus</li><li>Above-average sales and recruiting ability</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building skills</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build and manage a recruiting pipeline</li><li>Goal-setting, planning, and accountability skills</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset and contagious energy</li></ul><b>About Company</b><br /><p>As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
