Extremely social media savvy and connected to all major hairstylists around the world. We work with some of the most exciting stylists and creators in the industry and we're just getting started.

What we are looking for:

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who gets creator culture. Someone who knows how to spot talent before they blow up, build real relationships (not transactional ones), and turn great content into real brand impact.

You'll own influencer partnerships from discovery to delivery, making sure Framar shows up loud, relevant, and impossible to ignore across social platforms.

You'll also represent Framar in person at conventions, trade shows, and events — building real-world relationships that translate into powerful digital impact.

This role is equal parts strategy, relationship-building, and execution.

What You'll Do

• Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers and creators — both hairstylists and non-hairstylist creators who align with our brand

• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, gifting, and timelines
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables
• Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions) and report insights
• Stay on top of social trends, emerging platforms, and creator best practices

• Ensure influencer content feels unmistakably Framar — bold, playful, and visually strong
• Travel to conventions, industry events, and trade shows to connect with talent and represent the brand

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
• Confidence working directly with creators and negotiating partnerships
• Highly energetic with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• A creative eye paired with a data-driven mindset
• Willingness and ability to travel for events and conventions
• Genuine interest in beauty, pop culture, lifestyle, and digital trends

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global or multi-market influencers
• Familiarity with influencer platforms
• Experience managing Affiliate and Whitelisting influencer campaigns
• Background in content creation or social media management
• Have experience activating brands at live events or trade shows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
