The Role: Driving Growth Through Creators

You will be responsible for building and executing the influencer and creator marketing strategy across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch. Your focus will be on creating authentic relationships and impactful campaigns that bring our brands to life through trusted voices, delivering measurable growth and meaningful business results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive creator strategy aligned with core marketing and growth goals across multiple product brands.
  • Identify priority markets, platforms, and content formats using audience insights and performance data.
  • Build always-on programs alongside targeted campaigns for launches, events, and major promotions.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading creators, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who authentically align with brand values and target audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and fees while ensuring full compliance with legal and brand standards.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage influencer campaigns from concept through execution and completion.
  • Provide clear briefs outlining objectives, messaging, and required disclosures.
  • Review and approve all content to ensure brand safety, platform suitability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with Social Media, CRM, and Design teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at maximum impact.

Performance and Optimization

  • Ensure campaigns are data-informed and continuously optimized.
  • Track performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Deliver clear and actionable performance reports by platform, partner, and content format.
  • Test new approaches and refine messaging, creative formats, and partner selection to improve results.

Compliance and Brand Safety

  • Serve as the steward of brand integrity across all creator partnerships.
  • Ensure all activity follows platform policies and advertising guidelines, including transparent disclosure practices.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams on higher-risk initiatives or specialized partnerships.
  • Monitor live content and respond quickly to any issues requiring adjustment or removal.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in influencer, creator, or digital partnership marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or iGaming.
  • Hands-on experience managing full creator campaigns including briefing, contracting, performance tracking, and payments.
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and the modern creator ecosystem.
  • Comfort working with performance data, defining KPIs, and measuring return on investment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong relationship-building ability.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in gaming, online communities, and current gaming culture and trends.

  • Experience using influencer or creator management platforms.
  • Background in performance-focused campaigns such as CPI, CPA, or ROAS-driven initiatives.
