<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong><br />A&D Precision Machining Inc is seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. You must have <strong> </strong>minimum of 7 plus years’ experience as a qualified millwright. Needs to be very familiar with Skoda, Fermat and Tacchi Machines with Siemens and Heidenhain controls.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic diagrams, and drawings to establish work procedures.</p><p>- Troubleshoot, observe, and diagnose mechanical equipment issues, implementing corrective measures.</p><p>- Analyze machine error messages and information from operators to identify and address equipment problems.</p><p>- Repair or replace defective or malfunctioning machinery and equipment components.</p><p>- Test newly repaired machinery and equipment to ensure repair effectiveness.</p><p>- Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment for part removal, inspection, and repairs.</p><p>- Utilize machine tools (such as grinders, drill presses, and saws) to create parts needed for machinery overhaul, maintenance, or setup.</p><p>- Assemble machinery and equipment before installation using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.</p><p>- Operate lift machines as necessary to complete job tasks.</p><p><strong>Skills</strong><br />- Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical and electrical systems on 23 Medium to Large CNC machine tools, including horizontal boring mills, roll grinders, horizontal and vertical lathes</p><p>- Adjust and set parameters on Siemens 840D Machine Controls</p><p>- Design and machine improved parts for portly designed CNC machine tool components</p><p>- Complete physical geometric and laser calibration of all CNC machine tools using Renishaw laser system and precision levels</p><p>- Repair and troubleshoot all CNC machine tool accessories including chip conveyors, CNC indexing, units, Ejector drill coolants, machine chiller, hydraulic units and any other compotents/duties</p><p> </p></p></p>
