<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>HVAC Technician </strong>(Full-Time) </p><p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <strong>HVAC Technician</strong> to join our team. The primary responsibility for this role will be the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across <strong>MSCP’s multiple property portfolio</strong>. The position also involves <strong>light travel to the organization’s industrial jobsites, </strong>as required<strong>,</strong> to support operational needs.</p><p><strong>The Company</strong> </p><p>MSCP provides highly innovative technical and organizational solutions for Heat Management in the Energy sector. What we offer is a highly cooperative work environment where professional development, empowerment, open and frank communication and win-win relationships are paramount. </p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·         Responsible for maintaining and servicing three commercial properties located in Sherwood Park.</p><p>·         Provide support to industrial jobsites with light travel requirements as needed.</p><p>·         Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.</p><p>·         Must successfully complete a 10-panel drug and alcohol screening as a requirement for jobsite access, with the possibility of random testing thereafter.</p><p>·         Read and interpret blueprints, drawings or other specifications</p><p>·         Measure and lay out reference points for installation</p><p>·         Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components such as motors, controls, gauges, valves, circulating pumps, condensers, humidifiers, evaporators and compressors using hand and power tools</p><p>·         Measure and cut piping, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment</p><p>·         Install, troubleshoot and overhaul entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems</p><p>·         Start up system and test for leaks using testing devices</p><p>·         Recharge system with refrigerant, check and test regulators, calibrate system and perform routine maintenance or servicing</p><p>·         Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation or heating systems</p><p>·         May assist in preparing work estimates</p></p></p>
