Position Overview: HVAC Service Technician
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC system service work for commercial and multi-family residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC system service work, including maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics in commercial and multi-family residential buildings.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Adhere to industry codes, safety regulations, and company standards to ensure safe and compliant service work.
Maintain accurate records of service work, including parts used and hours worked.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with expertise in HVAC system service work.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues.
G1 or G2 Gas considered an asset.
VRV experience.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and industry standards.
Positive and proactive approach to work, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
