Home Comfort Advisor (Sales) Needed Who Wants to Make Serious Coin.

Our sales team drives company cars, enjoys a FULL benefits package, is paid for training, and works Monday thru Friday (Your weekends are free!!). Our people are family. JOB EXPECTATIONS

You know what is involved with sales so no need to state the obvious (build rapport, meet people, be nice, blah, blah, blah.). Our Home Comfort Advisors need to meet expectations beyond the obvious.

• After talking to the homeowner, have the guts to ask them Who do you know in the neighborhood that wants to save money and help the environment by installing an energy efficient HVAC system?
• Be REALLY, REALLY interested in YOUR customers needs You will be remembered for a long time after your visit, and nobody likes a pushy salesperson.
• Have the FIO factor (Figure It Out) when your customer says: It costs too much. Offer alternatives, problem solve, understand why.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Some education and willingness to learn the HVAC lingo You are not selling a toothbrush or toilet paper. This could get technical so we will pay for your training.
• A VALID Drivers License Did we say Valid? Yes, we did.
• Sales Experience? No - We can teach you to sell, you just need to want to sell.
• Look professional in the provided company uniform.

BOTTOM LINE

Salary? How about $100,000 to $150,000 annually (talk to us about a bonus if you are good enough) with FULL benefits and a company car. The catch is you need to want to do this.
