Salary Range (but Not Limited To)
64, ,300
Incentive plan
Annual bonus: 7.5% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About The Role
BrokerLink's Group Benefits Marketing and Implementation Analyst is a hybrid role that supports the end-to-end benefits process, from planning and preparing quote proposals to the implementation of new benefit plans, ensuring a seamless client experience.
What You'll Do Here
Work with a dynamic BrokerLink team of licensed Advisors and talented Group Benefits employees in Canada
Prepare detailed Request for Quotes/Proposals by collecting and preparing confidential Client information for marketing submission to insurance partners
Collect, review, evaluate and analyze Group Benefits quotes received from insurance partners by assessing cost, plan design, and financial implications
Develop a comprehensive marketing report that compares carrier options, highlights key differences and value drivers, and presents a clear, data-supported recommendation for client and stakeholder decision-making
You will act as a Carrier liaison and prepare accurate Sales Documents for client and stakeholder review and signature
Working with our Partners, you will manage the onboarding of clients (new and existing) and plan change amendments for existing clients, and ensure the timeliness of each install, while communicating and overseeing all stakeholder expectations
Ensure the accuracy of benefits documents including booklets and policy
Gather client data, coordinate file setup, and ensure CRM contains all applicable documents and email communications
Monitor projects from initiation to closure, managing timelines and potential issues to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
Coordinate and support client orientation sessions and portal training
Be a liaison between Insurer and client by responding to customer queries received via email or telephone
What You Bring To The Table
Prior experience within the employee Group Benefits industry, gained through work with wholesalers, carriers, service providers, products, or benefits administration systems is required.
Experience in project management, underwriting, or other specialized functions is considered an asset.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are critical.
Proficiency in data analysis and effective communication of findings is essential to this role.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint are also a requirement.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), GBA (Group Benefits Associate), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) are given priority review.
