Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience.

What You Bring:
- 5+ years in Property or Facility Management.
- Expertise in landscape maintenance, janitorial, and snow/ice control.
- Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure.
What You'll Be Doing:
As the Grounds Keeping Manager, you'll:
- Oversee daily operations for our janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal teams.
- Ensure all properties meet top-tier standards – clean, safe, and beautiful.
- Coordinate with clients, manage contracts, and follow up on service excellence.
- Build and grow relationships with vendors, sub-trades, and clients.
- Visit sites regularly, monitor quality, and act swiftly on issues.
- Build seasonal work schedules and keep the team on track.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and manage monthly invoicing.
- Plan and manage snow/ice operations, from plowing to salting.
- Ensure all sites are safe and fully serviced 24/7.
- Document pile placements, weather logs, and pre-season client meetings.
