The Role: Your Impact
As a Genesis Experience Manager, you are the face of the brand. You will lead guests through a seamless, low-pressure journey from initial curiosity to lifelong brand advocacy. This is a comprehensive "cradle-to-grave" sales role where you manage the entire lifecycle—from the first test drive to the final financial paperwork and beyond.
Primary Responsibilities
- The Genesis Experience: Embody our culture of radical hospitality, consistently going above and beyond to surprise and delight guests.
- End-to-End Relationship Management: Handle the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-up, product demonstrations (in-store and off-site), F&I (Finance & Insurance) sales, and administrative paperwork.
- Mobile Consultations: Conduct off-site vehicle demonstrations and deliveries, bringing the Genesis experience directly to the client’s home or office.
- Portfolio Growth: Proactively build and maintain a private client base through meticulous follow-up and authentic relationship building.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an encyclopedic knowledge of the Genesis lineup and the competitive luxury landscape.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently achieve top-tier customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and meet sales volume targets.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for a polished professional who understands the nuances of luxury service.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in high-level customer relationship management (CRM) or luxury sales. Automotive experience is an asset, but a "service-first" mindset is non-negotiable.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and oral communication skills. You are as comfortable writing a professional proposal as you are explaining complex features in person.
- Financial Acumen: Comfortable working with financial calculations, lease/finance structures, and detailed contracts.
- Adaptability: A self-starter who excels in a small-team environment and can multitask without losing attention to detail.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in professional-level English (Second language is a strong asset).
- Clean and valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
- Availability for evenings and weekends; flexibility to accommodate the schedules of our luxury clientele.
