As a General Attendant, you will be responsible for:</p><ol><li>Providing passionate, charming, and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Taking accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff, and serving meals in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor.</li><li>Assisting in food preparation tasks as needed, such as salad assembly or dessert plating.</li><li>Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and payments.</li><li>Handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and responsibly.</li><li>Addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.</li><li>Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.</li><li>Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant and local health department.</li><li>Assisting in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.</li><li>Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards.</li><li>Maintaining knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergen information to answer guest questions accurately.</li><li>Supporting other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as hosting or bussing tables during peak hours.</li><li>Promoting a positive dining experience by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service.</li></ol><p>This role requires a high level of energy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service.</p>Qualifications<br><br><p> </p><ul><li>Ensures customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints</li><li>Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to customer</li><li>Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time</li><li>Must be knowledgeable about the company products</li><li>Must possess suggestive selling skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively</li><li>Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed</li><li>Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change</li><li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds</li><li>Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills</li><li>Food handler&#39;s certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul><p> </p><br><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>Days of Operations  Monday- Friday<br /> Starting Time Range 7:00am-</p><p>Wage $20.59 Per Hour to start </p><p>Part Time Available- could lead into full time status  </p></p></p>
