Are you a licensed G2 Gas Technician looking to join a reputable, fast-growing plumbing and HVAC company? John The Plumber is looking for skilled and reliable techs to join our team for water heater and furnace installations, repairs, and service calls.We're known for exceptional customer service, same-day availability, and top-quality workmanship — and we're expanding our HVAC offerings, including heat pump installations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair residential water heaters (tank & tankless) and furnaces.
- Diagnose gas appliance issues and provide professional repair solutions.
- Perform gas line installations and ensure compliance with Ontario codes and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate job notes and work efficiently to meet daily schedules.
- Optional: Contribute to our upcoming heat pump installation program.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid G2 Gas Technician License (Ontario).
- Experience with water heaters and furnaces is required.
- HVAC certification or experience is a major asset. (Negotiable rate of pay)
- Clean driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
