Overview
Full Stack Product Engineer ( Fractional )
We’re looking for a hands-on full-stack product engineer to be our first dedicated developer hire. You’ll work closely with the founder to deliver features for both our client-facing platform and our internal console. This is a build-first role where you’ll develop responsive UIs, secure backend APIs, and maintain code quality while working in an AI-assisted development environment.
Responsibilities
- Build modern, responsive web UIs in a component-driven framework.
- Implement backend services and API integrations with external platforms.
- Maintain secure, multi-tenant data access patterns.
- Develop and maintain authentication and role-based access control flows.
- Write automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the founder on product priorities and delivery timelines.
Skills & Experience
- Proven full-stack SaaS development experience (frontend + backend).
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs.
- Strong understanding of multi-tenant application security.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
