Overview

Heritage Co-op is currently inviting applications for the position of

FRONT END SUPERVISOR

For our Food Store located in Brandon, MB

Reporting to the Food Manager, the Front-End Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front End of the Food Store and in achieving department goals. The successful candidate will possess brand characteristics and perform duties in accordance with our values, vision, and mission.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction to Team Members
• Inventory control
• Ordering/receiving and merchandising
• Point of sale operations and procedures
• Cash office functions (cashups, deposits, change orders and member equity inquiries)

• You have previous customer service or leadership experience
• You have highly efficient organizational skills
