Our client, a leading fashion band in NYC is looking for a Freelance Fabric Coordinator to join their team for a 3-4+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage entering and maintaining fabric information in PLM, MIRO and fabric reference libraries
- Maintain physical and digital fabric libraries that are representative of historical and new trend appropriate fabric
- Assist in seasonal development by pulling test reports and preparing submits for review
- Assist in cross sourcing by pulling test reports and preparing submits for review
- Assists in pulling fabric hangers for key meetings
- Manage requests and tracking for tailoring samples
- Seasonal data analysis as needed
- Monitor calendar to ensure on time deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strict attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accomplish tasks consistently within tight timelines
- Highly organized
