We are looking for a designer/AD with 1-3 years of experience.
Candidates must demonstrate social-first conceptual thinking and best practices for digital and social platforms. Their work should show a love for composition, hierarchy, color, typography, photo manipulation, and storytelling.
They must have experience creating a look and feel for a brand and carrying it through across a variety of executions. Additionally, they should have experience with photo/video shoots, including creating mood boards, pre-production decks, on-set experience, and seeing it all through to fully designed executions.
Nice-to-haves: motion graphic/animation skills, photography skills, set styling experience, experience creating brand guidelines.
