Seeking a counter person for our multi-branded food court. This role requires food service experience in high-volume settings.
Job Requirements:
- Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.
- Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
- Cashing out customers food court purchases
- Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.
- Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
- Prepares and serves a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot drinks and blended beverages among others.
- Cleaning, stocking, rotating, organizing, merchandising.
- Follows store policies and procedures.
- Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be available on evenings and weekends
Starting wage of $16.00
