We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher to support operations across our Mississauga and North York locations. Why You'll Love This Company: - Stability - this company has been in business for 40 years and is continuing to grow - Great company culture - You will be an important part of the supply chain for the food and beverage industry What You'll Do: - Dispatch and manage drivers between two main warehouse locations - Coordinate up to 75 drivers and 300+ loads per shift - Communicate effectively with drivers and customers throughout your shift - Use your knowledge of tractor-trailer equipment (dry vans, reefers, doors, etc.) - Work with TMW Dispatch and PeopleNet telematics systems What You Bring: - 1 year of fleet dispatching experience - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web portals - Reliable transportation (must be able to travel between Mississauga Vaughan) - Geographic knowledge of Ontario Where You'll Be Working: - Mississauga North York When You'll Be Working: - Afternoon shift (Friday-Tuesday) - You get to enjoy Wednesdays Thursdays off!
